3. Service Requests and Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made before 4 hours of booking, or you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payment for services must be made through the approved payment methods on our platform.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy if you cancel before 4 hours.
